De-Stress
- Stress impacts your body in many negative ways, not the least of which is your complexion. A few simple changes to your diet can do wonders for your stress levels.
- Switch to decaf coffee or tea. Caffeine can cause jitters and anxiety.

Neck, Chest, Hands
