Maria Halle Berry was born August 14, 1966 in Cleveland, OH.  In 1971, she legally changed her name to Halle Maria Berry.

A recent quote from Halle says “Having a baby takes so much from you.  So now I’m having to exercise, eat a little bit differently, take a lot more vitamins.” 

Dieting, however, is nothing new to Halle as she is diabetic and has always had to watch how she eats.  She does admit, however, to treating herself to a bag of Doritos in front of the television.

There are rumors circulating that Halle has a secret, and In Style magazine just revealed that the secret is she is 3 months pregnant with her second child.  If this is actually true, we would like to express our congratulations and hopes that everything goes well.

Since she was a little girl, Halle has mixed perfumes to create the scent that she wanted. 

She says – “Coty didn’t approach me, I approached them!  I was pregnant and knew I wouldn’t be able to make any movies for a while.  So I thought ‘Now’s the time to create my own fragrance’.  And luckily Coty said yes.”
