6 Ways To A Beautiful Skin Treatment

  1. Exfoliate – at night.  This way you won’t be exposing your skin to sunlight, which could cause additional irritation.  You should exfoliate 1-2 times per week.
  2. Keep It Simple – don’t pile on products, especially if you have sensitive skin.  This way you’ll be able to determine what, if anything, you have a reaction to and what is actually working.
